a week in review.

hello everyone!!

sorry for the absence on the blog for the past week but a lot has happened. last thursday, my mother's cat was put to sleep. yes, it was a very sad day in the house because she was the sweetest cat ever. she never hurt my mom once, the 16 years she was with the family. honestly, i know i should have been more remorseful but she was mean to me. she only really liked my mom. she spent most of her time on my mother's bed and slept in our greenhouse.

wednesday night, my mother made a pasadilllarie. it contained sausage, carmalized onions, herbed goat cheese and potatoes. it was the best tart i have ever had in a long time. OH, my mouth waters just thinking about it. here it is:


we also had an arugula salad with the tart and it was an awesome meal. two days ago i bought black skinny jeans and i can't wait for them to get here. i am so so so excited.

i would talk about the angels, but their season is totally over.

hello bay bays!!

so..i graduated in august of 09, i haven't found a job yet. i have been looking a little but i am content on the money i receive monthly from an anonymous source. lately though i have been thinking, i really want a job and i really want to move to a popular city. cities in the running are, san francisco, new york city, newport beach, and irvine. i really don't want to move to the other side of the country because i am really close to my parents. i think an ideal place would be newport or corona del mar. seriously.

also lately i have been taking trips to peets, starbucks, and coffee bean and tea leaf. i go to peets and get a medium iced vanilla latte. at starbucks i get everything. iced green tea lemonade, carmel macchiato, iced latte and passion tea lemonade. at coffee bean and tea leaf, i order iced tea, and a mocha blended with hazelnut syrup. also keeping me busy is shopping. i go to tilly's occassionally and target. i love target for pants and shorts. love love love. also i have been buying lots of victoria's secret gear lately. on thursday i bought the new york jets green v-neck and the bling sweatshirt. OMG, i want the GEAR NOW!! the victoria secret PINK NFL line was just released on tuesday and everything is awesome. i am all for NEW YORK JETS!! mark sanchez all the way!! i also bought the angels bling sweatshirt, and the angels maroon v-neck. both have rhinestones. everything with some type of rhinestone, i LOVE!

on the weight loss front, i am maintaining. i am gaining and then losing. right now i am stuck at a certain weight but i seriously need to lose about 50 more pounds. i need to start going to the gym again and get in the daily routine. every two or three days i workout but it needs to be like every day.
