hello everyone!!

here i am in fullerton and it's 105 DEGREES!! i went to the gym today and did 2.5 miles. yes, it's little but i am slowly getting back into the groove of things. after the gym, i came home and relaxed a bit and then got dressed to do errands. i went to trader joes and here are some of the purchases:

i also bought some sweet tea and it's so so so so good. l love it with all of my heart. YUM TO THE O!! well that's it for now, tonight will be monday night football and gossip girl and angels baseball.

hello everyone!!

i just wanted to give you an update in how i am doing. i caught a cold on monday and i have been stuffed up, had a sore throat, and a lingering dry cough. the thing that is most annoying about this certain type of cold is that it's dry and i can't get rid of it. it's frequent coughing and very painful. i don't know what's causing me to cough every 15 seconds but something is. wednesday night my mother went and got ramen for me and it made me feel much much better. if you are ever in anaheim, there is a place called osaka and it's delicious food. i recommend everyone go there. they have good sushi and excellent yaki soba.

well i am going back to bed now, goodnight.

hello everyone!!

i just wanted to post because i have some pictures to show you. i am really excited for tomorrow because i get KOGI!! it's korean bbq for all of you who haven't heard of it. the KOGI truck is making rounds in orange county now, and like i said, so excited.

here is an arugula salad with homemade balsimic vinegar:

please forgive me, i don't have many pictures because i am not really eating picture worthy eats. i have been working out a lot and listening to my new red nano. i am obsessed. also, i am going shopping soon for some new workout clothes and i am so so excited. i need some new pants and some new shorts. i think i am thinking NIKE??

dinner last night.

hello everyone!!

last night my father made penne alla vodka from scratch. we used fresh roma tomatoes for the tomato sauce and they simmered along with the pancetta and garlic and it smelled so so so good. the night before we had dry aged ribeye's from a meat store in newport beach. i recommend the store to everyone because they have awesome steaks and are so so so good.

tonight we are having a kobe ribeye and the steak is huge, it's like 2 inches thick. other than food, yesterday afternoon i went to the brea mall and i was shocked when i got there. when i drove into the parking structure i was amazed at how busy they were. i guess everyone is shopping for fall and getting new clothes??? it was only about 75 here yesterday, so trying to escape the heat is out. anyways, i was amazed. i then walked into the apple store and it was packed with at least 200 people. i then walked to an apple store worker and asked for my 16gb red nano. i actually donated money for aids because it's a (red) product.

hello everyone!!

i just wanted to make a quick post about some of the eats i have had lately. for a while i wasn't using my camera but i took some photos and here they are.

thursday night i had the KOGI TRUCK!! OMG, it's so delish!! here they are:


and then last night my dad made caprese salad with berrata cheese. we also used high quality olive oil and 12 year aged balsimic vinegar. yum!!


while i was eating dinner last night i requested that my dad make french toast for breakfast. we he did it and here was the end product:


after the picture was taken i added peanut butter and a had a piece of bacon. another YUM!!

ALSO, have you all seen the new nano?? the new itunes?? they are both amazing!!
