hello friends!!

yesterday i participated in a 5k in downtown anaheim. i set a personal record for the race and i am very excited. my best is 46:15. i know it's not great but i am slowly getting better. tonight, my parents took me out to dinner for a congratulatory meal. WELL, it was nothing short of amazing.

hello readers!!

this is going to be a post of pictures of myself because i have come such a long way. for all of you who don't think you can lose weight, i am a perfect example that YOU can. the two pictures i posted below have been taken within two weeks of each other. the one with the angels sweatshirt, i am in my size 16 jeans. yes. that's right, size 16. i have lost 5 dress sizes. it's hard to not be proud of myself and believe you me, i am.

hello everybody!!

i just wanted to give you a heads-up because i reached a milestone the other day in my weight loss. i am freakin out and so so so excited!! this weekend was easter and full of delish eats. tonight for dinner, we had harris ranch steaks with baked potatoes and steamed asparagus. YUM.

for brunch, my mom made a quiche lorraine with salad. YUM.
