i have wanted to make this post for a while. here are my eats from the week:
fat free english muffin, jalapeno and cilantro hummus, yellow bell pepper, persian cucumber, and roma tomatoes with alfalfa sprouts.
fat free trader joes vanilla greek yogurt, frozen bluberries, fresh banana, passion and mango granola with sunflower butter.
starbizzle mocha frap with hezelnut syrup:
homemade potato and leek soup with pieces of bacon.
chocloate and caramel covered fuji apple from williams sonoma:
tomorrow i am running a 5K!!! i am so freakin excited!! wish me luck!!
