i just wanted to start this off saying i didn't update the blog for about the past 10 days because i went up to san jose and i caught the stomach flu. i don't really know how i caught the stomach flu but it was a really really horrible experience. the second night i was there soleil had to go to the ER at like 12 in the morning. another reason i didn't update this food blog and journal because the eats were bad. one early afternoon thought we went to michi sushi in campbell and it was good. if i didn't catch the stomach flu a couple of days earlier, my experience would of been a lot better.
now it's 2010, and i hope to continue the healthy eats and working out regularly and doing a few 5K'S in the new year! my first one EVA is on january 9th.
