for eats today i had a half of plain chobani with vanilla sugar, almond butter and pumpkin spice granola. it was pretty good. i also had half a honeycrisp apple, plain. no pumpkin butter. :( it's better for me plain though.

ReplyDeleteAs for the yogurt I used in my yog mess the other day, I used Trader Joe's 0% vanilla greek yogurt. They come in individual purple colored cups. AMAZING! I mixed mine with some frozen mixed berries that I defrosted in the microwave for 25 seconds and topped it with some cereal and nut butter. Hope that helps. You should go get some though, it is so freakin delicious.
