for breakfast i started with a iced coffee with graffeo coffee, cream and vanilla syrup. for lunch, dad and i went to popeyes to get crawfish. yummy. for a snack around 4, i made myself a yogurt mess. the yogurt mess included plain chobani, almond butter, and trader joes pumpkin spice granola. delicious.
dinner was momumental in my mind and so so good. i made a sandwich with whole wheat break, chavrie goat cheese, fresh sliced mango and fresh avocado. the produce was on point and bombalicious.

and today i was looking for a certain person and realized i am totally missing out on someone i hope to one day meet again. only time will tell.
